1️⃣ Pick up the phone – Guests will see a vintage-style telephone at your reception, inviting them to leave a message.
2️⃣ Listen to a greeting – When they pick up the receiver, they’ll hear a custom pre-recorded message from you (the couple), welcoming them and encouraging them to share their thoughts, well wishes, or even funny stories.
Sample message: "Hi there! You’ve reached Lauren and Michael’s wedding guest book. Leave us a message with your best advice, favorite memories, or just some love. Thanks for being a part of our big day!"
3️⃣ Leave a message – After the beep, guests can record their message, whether it’s sweet, sentimental, or just a fun memory from the night.
4️⃣ Messages are saved – After the wedding, all the recordings are compiled and sent to you as audio files. Some couples use them in wedding videos, create a digital keepsake, or just enjoy listening to them over the years.
