Wedding Pricing and What's Included

Expect to experience a higher level of attention (and problem solving), where every moment is carefully tailored for ease and enjoyment. Just as flying first class offers an elevated experience with thoughtful details, my services ensure your celebration flows effortlessly, allowing you and your guests to enjoy each moment to the fullest.

The investment for the reception only is $2,495, while the complete experience, including both the ceremony and reception, is available for $2,995. This ensures that every detail is covered, allowing you to enjoy a seamless and memorable celebration.

Here are the services I provide to ensure your wedding experience is exceptional

1. Flow management - Organization leads to more dancing!

As your DJ and Emcee, I’ll be more than just the person playing music—I’ll help coordinate key aspects of your wedding day to keep everything running smoothly. Together, we’ll create a personalized timeline that outlines the flow of the reception, from introductions and special dances to cake cutting and open dancing. This timeline will help keep the event on track while maximizing guest enjoyment. With a well-paced evening, we’ll keep the energy high so everyone has fun and hits the dance floor!

2. Connection

As your DJ, I'll make sure that your guests stay engaged and know exactly what's happening throughout the celebration. I’ll guide their attention where it needs to be, introduce key players when they take the microphone, and keep everyone up to speed on each part of the event. Communication is key, and my role is to make sure everything flows seamlessly so your guests can fully enjoy and be part of your special day.

3. Customized play-lists

As part of your wedding, I want the music to reflect your style and create the perfect atmosphere. You can craft a custom playlist that includes your favorite songs, a 'play if possible' list, and even a 'do not play' list. Additionally, you can create a personalized mix of songs for your cocktail hour and dinner to set the ideal mood for each moment of your celebration. I also offer the option to edit and shorten songs for your first dance or parent dances, making sure they fit seamlessly into your timeline and special moments.

4. Client Relations

As a full-time DJ, I pride myself on offering exceptional customer service tailored to your needs. You will have access to a custom planning suite designed to help you keep everything organized, from music selection to the event timeline. I’m available for questions or meetings throughout the week, and we will have an in-person planning meeting to go through all the details together.

This personalized approach ensures that your special day runs smoothly, allowing you to focus on enjoying every moment while I handle the details.

5. Team player

I understand that a successful wedding is a team effort, and I am committed to working closely with your other vendors to keep everything running smoothly. I’ll coordinate seamlessly with your wedding planner, photographer, catering staff, and more to avoid any scheduling conflicts and create a cohesive experience for you and your guests. My goal is to be a dependable partner in making your celebration unforgettable, allowing you to enjoy every moment without stress.

6. Let's talk about the sound.

My sleek, low profile column speakers are designed to fill the room with extraordinary audio while maintaining a comfortable volume for all your guests. The music will be immersive on the dance floor, creating the perfect party atmosphere, but those who prefer to sit and chat at their tables will still be able to enjoy their conversations. 

7. Into the mix - Programming the music

I take the music list you provide (as well as reading the crowd) and blend a  playlist that caters to guests of all ages. My goal is to create a high-energy atmosphere on the dance floor, engaging both the young and the young at heart. I use seemless transitions between songs to maintain a continuous flow, and a vibe that keeps the energy pumping. This approach not only keeps everyone moving but also makes sure that all guests feel included and excited throughout the celebration.

  • Your wedding ceremony - Creating an intimate and memorable experience

My wedding ceremony audio system is designed to ensure that all your guests can hear your vows clearly and feel included in your special moment. Two lapel microphones will be provided—one for the officiant and another for the couple, allowing your words to resonate throughout the outdoor space or venue. Additionally, there will be a wireless handheld microphone on a stand for any readers, ensuring everything flows smoothly. Music transitions will be seamless, with the perfect selections played for the prelude, processional, recessional, and any other moments throughout the ceremony. In total, you'll have four microphones and a carefully curated musical backdrop to create an intimate and memorable experience. Note: If you have live musicians, they can be amplified so their music is heard clearly above any outdoor sounds.

I also offer stunning uplighting that can completely transform the ambiance of your celebration space. With a range of custom colors available, we can create an atmosphere that reflects your personal style. As the dancing begins, the lights will dynamically change in sync with the music, enhancing the energy of the celebration and creating a breathtaking visual experience that will leave a lasting impression on you and your guests. $300 for 12 lights - $600 for 24 lights.

Another exciting option I offer is a fun social photobooth, which adds an extra layer of enjoyment to your wedding celebration. This interactive experience not only doubles the fun but also provides a fantastic opportunity for your guests, including those who may not be dancers, to create lasting memories. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to discuss how we can incorporate this feature into your event for only $700! This includes your choice of backdrop.
